Susan: Postcards From Heaven #6

This will become the center of the CQJP2016 June block - gee, think I'll catch up by December?

I also finished a second Hexathon block:

That's all the handwork from last week.

The postcard is lovely, it's fun to watch where it goes from here.
The hexagon fabric choices are just wonderful.

Impressive points on the hexagon block, and I LOVE the color, too. Fun postcard, and it looks like you're only behind, if you call it that, on July. It still is July, right?

Your hexagon blocks are almost tempting me to make them.....but not quite. lol.....The postcard looks great.

Beautiful stitching and fabrics on your hex block. I say don't worry about stitching on a schedule, it's the journey that counts.

I agree with Barbara about the journey. Although it's nice to have a finished object, it's the time spent stitching that I enjoy more. Taking one's time makes the pleasure last longer, right? (I never like to rush as I find that's the time I'm most likely to make errors ;-( ) Your hex block looks great. Such precise points.
