Angela ~

I have done a little stitching but I was too tired after I finished building the arbor to take any photos.  I should be able to catch up next week!
Love the chiropractor but I am very sore today, was hoping the building of the arbor would work it out....not so much. :-(

Don't over-do it Angela. I hope you get some easing of the pains soon.

If you just started with the chiropractor, it takes awhile for your body to readjust to the alignment. I was on usually on ice after a visit but then eventually (like now) I am fine. I hope the chiropractor can help your sciatica nerve issue. That will help you a lot.

Hope you're feeling better, Angela. Sciatica is not fun. I have a good stretch I use that seems to work well, so you might like to try it.
Lie on the floor on your back with your good leg up straight ( or slightly bent) and your bad leg bent at the knee, and your ankle on your good knee. It will look like you've made an upside-down number 4. Take a towel behind the good knee and hold the towel end in each hand. Pull gently on the towel. You should feel a pulling up the back of your bad leg. You should not feel pain. If you do, then you are pulling too hard and need to be more gentle. Do 3 times, holding for ten seconds each time, and repeat 3 times/ day. I found this really helped. I hope it works for you, too, if you try it.

You built an arbor? Wow! I hope by now you're feeling lots better though. Back pain is no fun! (Pilates sure has helped me though.)

I'm sorry you are sore, but the arbor sounds intriguing. Be sure to put in a picture next week!
