Fun! I love the way you've picked out the colors from the fabric. Was that a broken heart that you mended? This is going to be a wonderful quilt. I can't wait to see what you back it with?

Oh, well, I didn't see where you'd already mentioned the broken heart. Here I thought I was being clever. Sigh.

I like this and the way you laced the heart. Going to check out your blog next.

Lusting after those flowers! You are Da Bomb when it comes to free form!

Lol Judy.
I only had a strip of the red felt that was wide enough for half the size of a heart, so I cut 2 halves and laced them together. Thrifty use of my stash again, and I'm pleased with the result.

I'm trying to find a different technique for creating a heart each week, but I may end up duplicating then a bit at some point in the future.

Hah, I just haven't got the patience to read a pattern, lol.

I love the background fabric-- looks very 70's to me. Neat additions, and I love the heart!

Yes, the fabric is reminicent of the psychedelic 70's.

Fun, yes, quick and easy too, which is good for me this year.

Thanks Moira. I love plenty of texture in my work.

The cq blocks you have made Kathleen Mary are creative too.
Thank you for drooling on my piece, now pass me that towel please!

Thank you Fitzy. No reading between the lines though. I haven't really got a broken heart, no worries there.
