Looking good Debra. Your goal is almost achieved.
I still have to learn how to knit the front bands.
It looks great, I like the subtle colors and how they blend.
I like the look of your colours together Debra. Making lots of progress!
Looks good! The button bands shouldn't be difficult. The trick is to pick up two stitches for every 3 rows of knitting for an even stitch distribution.
I have the celery green as the base yarn and then have been changing the stripe yarn for whatever grabs my attention in the scrap yarns. I love how it is knitting as heather. It seems like a great way for me to take some of my mom's (dull, boring) yarn and give it a jolt of energy. Plus, I like changing the yarns in the stripes a lot.
I'm not concerned that the sleeves match exactly. This is going to be my patchwork sweater to wear with jeans when I run errands. I'm just going for an allover effect.
