Debra: Mother and Child Wallhanging

I don't like to direct you away from the posts here on Tuesday Stitchers to my own blog but today I am going to make an exception.  I finished my Mother & Child wallhanging and have posted a photo along with detail photos on my blog.  Please stop by my blog for a look.  Enjoy!

It is FABULOUS, Debra! I love the light cross of blocks and the lace edging is just perfect. Now to study each block....... Stunning work!

Wow! It's just a wonderful quilt, Debra! I love the cross shape in the lighter fabrics, too.

Congratulations Debra, your quilt is expressive and harmonious. It is UP THERE with the most brilliant ones I have seen.

What more could I say that hasn't been said? You sure better win something!

This is not a judged show since the theme is spiritual. How could you judge that? But, it is juried so I will not know until late April if the piece is accepted.

I thank you Angela because you gave me so many fabrics and trims that provided the regal look all mothers deserve. I snuck a few devotional charms in too!
